Activities
At the Urban Center, during the week, Red Tara practice is held at 6AM. On Tuesdays at 8PM, the concise Red Tara practice is conducted in Portuguese, with a question and answer session and teachings about the practice. On Thursday nights, Lama Tsering frequently offers teachings as part of a series.

Thrift Shop
One week a month, we raise funds for Odsal Ling’s activities by selling donated items in our Thrift Shop. We receive donations all year long including: clothing, shoes, decorative items, books, etc. The Thrift Shop is located on the first floor of the building in loja 7.

Mandala – Gift Shop
Mandala, our gift shop, is located at Temple Odsal Ling, but a small selection of items are also on sale at the Urban Center – including: books, CDs, sadanas and practice materials. You can shop here from Monday to Friday during the hours of 1PM to 6PM or from our online store: sangha@odsalling.org
Location
The Urban Center is located in the neighborhood of Jardins in São Paulo at Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antonio, 2870, sobreloja – the entrance to the building is on Rua Saint Hilaire, 40. Centrally located, the Urban Center is located only five blocks from Avenida Paulista.
How to get there
By metrô: Get off at the Brigadeiro station on the Paulista line. The station exit is located on Av. Paulista; walk down Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio in the direction of Jardins.
Bus: Dozens of bus lines pass in front of the Urban Center on Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio as well as on Av. Paulista.
Car: Drive down Al. Joaquim Eugênio de Lima in the direction of Jardins. After crossing Av. Paulista, turn left on the fifth street, R. Saint Hilaire (a dead end street).
If you are driving up Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio, coming from Ibirapuera, you can turn left onto R. José Maria Lisboa and then turn right on the first small street that will dead end on R. Saint Hilaire. The Urban Center is in the last building on the street (walking in the direction of Av. Brigadeiro Luís Antônio).
Please Note: The street is regulated by the Zona Azul (“Blue Zone”) parking rules and during the hours of 7AM – 7PM, from Monday to Friday and 7AM – 2PM on Saturdays, you need to buy a temporary parking permit. Another option is to use the parking garages on Av. Brigadeiro Luiz Antonio (there are 2 near Odsal Ling) or park on Al. Joaquim Eugênio de Lima.
